Should you have a complaint pertaining to services received at the Center, you are also encouraged to email or call. Your concerns will be reviewed promptly, and where appropriate, we will attempt to resolve the complaint directly.

A copy of our Client Complain Policy and a form for recording your comments are available in print at each Senior Benefits Information Center.
